Terms Of Service
- Membership is personal to the member and is non-transferable and non-refundable. A member may NOT loan his/her membership account to be used by a third party.
- Membership & credit passes fees are not refundable upon termination for any reason whatsoever.
- The Management reserves the right to reject an application for membership to the Academy for any reason whatsoever.
- All details provided are given consent to the management for promotional purposes.
- The Management reserves the right to use any individual or group photographs of members and/or guests for press or promotional purposes.
- Students are advised to inform the instructor of any injuries, pains, or concerns prior to the class starting.
- You dance at your own discretion and accept any injury or illness brought on by a class is your own responsibility.
- Replacement for cancelled class by the management is not compulsory, a refund will be given (by credit pass) if a booking has been made for cancelled classes.
- The academy reserves the right to vary the opening hours as considered necessary for the proper operation of the academy.
- The academy reserves the right to restrict entry of any student who disobeys the rules & standard operating procedure (SOP) of the academy.
- It is necessary that all members and guests of the academy wear appropriate, clean attire and footwear when using the studio.
- Our company will not be liable for any damages, including consequential damages, or any damages arising from the loss of use, interruption of trade, financial loss or damages, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of our platform.
- By creating this account, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions.
